Mid Market Onboarding Coach

Cloudbeds, a remote‑first company that powers hospitality businesses in more than 150 countries, is looking for a Mid Market Onboarding Coach to help mid‑size properties adopt its AI‑enhanced platform. The firm’s software streamlines bookings, integrates with hundreds of partners and aims to modernize operations for everything from boutique inns to larger hotel groups. In this role you will steer the onboarding journey for assigned mid‑market clients, acting as a trusted advisor from initial setup through training, launch and the hand‑off to ongoing support. Daily tasks include configuring the system to match each property’s workflows, delivering personalized coaching via video, phone or email, and collaborating with project managers and other internal teams to keep implementation milestones on track. You will also work to translate onboarding feedback into process improvements and help customers identify additional platform features that drive value. The position requires solid hands‑on experience in hospitality operations, enabling you to understand the nuances of hotel workflows and to guide clients in optimizing them. Candidates must be comfortable providing strategic advice on change management, system configuration and adoption, and be able to build confidence with property leadership throughout the onboarding cycle.
