Business Analyst - Investment Platform & Operations

Partners Group is a leading global private markets investment manager, managing USD 185 billion in assets for over 800 institutional investors. The company operates across 24 offices worldwide with around 2,000 professionals. The Business Analyst role focuses on the investment platform, specifically on the CRM solution PRIMERA Connect. This involves working with business stakeholders and software developers to implement and refine data entry and reporting capabilities for investment teams. The main day-to-day responsibilities include defining stakeholder needs, developing solutions, and writing specifications. The role also involves testing and signing off on new functionalities, coordinating release cycles, and ensuring data model stability. Additionally, the Business Analyst will manage the CRM implementation budget, ensure compliance with data governance rules, and oversee external consultants supporting the PRIMERA Connect implementation. To qualify for this role, candidates must have 3-7 years of experience in business analysis, project management, and/or investment operations, ideally with software implementation experience. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is a plus. A strong interest in investment data, digital tools, and AI is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with an organized and detail-focused mindset, are crucial. Nice-to-have skills include experience in financial services, familiarity with the DealCloud platform, and experience with a similar CRM platform.
