Senior Manager, Customs Trade Compliance EMEA

VF Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, Customs Trade Compliance EMEA to head its customs function from the company's headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland. VF Corporation designs, manufactures and markets a portfolio of iconic lifestyle brands such as Vans®, The North Face® and Timberland®, operating globally across apparel, footwear and accessories. In this role you will direct a network of Country Customs Leads covering numerous EU Member States and the United Kingdom, as well as the customs teams located in VF's regional distribution centres. You will act as a strategic partner to Supply‑Chain, Logistics, Finance, Legal, Tax, Sourcing and Commercial functions, translating regional customs strategy into concrete operational projects, overseeing audits, handling interactions with customs authorities and driving continuous‑improvement initiatives that raise compliance standards and service levels. The position requires a bachelor's degree in supply‑chain, international trade, business, law, accounting, logistics or a related discipline, together with more than ten years of progressive experience in customs, international trade or global trade compliance. You must have a proven record of leading geographically dispersed teams and complex regional operations, a deep knowledge of import‑export regulations, tariff classification, valuation, origin rules and duty management across Europe and worldwide, and hands‑on experience working with customs authorities, brokers and government agencies. Strong communication, stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities are essential.
