Manager, Transaction Services

Interpath is a rapidly expanding international advisory firm that specialises in deals, advisory and restructuring, helping global businesses, investors and stakeholders navigate complex decisions. The company, founded in 2021, now operates across Europe, the Caribbean and Asia, and is building a Deal Advisory practice in Switzerland. The role is a Manager within the Transaction Services team based in Zurich, working closely with Managing Directors to serve top‑tier private‑equity and corporate clients. In this position you will direct both buy‑side and sell‑side financial due‑diligence assignments from start to finish, acting as the main liaison for senior client representatives, investors and deal teams. You will control engagement economics, schedules and risk, scrutinise financial models such as quality‑of‑earnings, net‑debt, working‑capital and cash‑flow analyses, and highlight critical deal issues and value‑creation opportunities. Deliverables include concise, decision‑focused reports and presentations, while you coordinate with tax, valuation, strategy, legal and international colleagues. Coaching and mentoring junior staff, fostering a high‑performance culture, and contributing to business‑development proposals and market initiatives are also key parts of the day‑to‑day work. The role requires at least four years of experience delivering financial‑due‑diligence or transaction‑services projects, preferably in a Big 4 or comparable environment, with audit experience considered a plus. Candidates must hold a university degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline and have completed a professional qualification such as Swiss CPA, ACCA or CFA. Proficiency in Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS, strong analytical and project‑management abilities, fluency in English and familiarity with AI‑driven tools like Power BI and Alteryx are essential, while German or French language skills are highly advantageous.
