Customer Service Representative - hourly contract

The company is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent in Geneva to deliver exceptional experiences to clients worldwide. The main responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent include creating a welcoming environment for guests, assisting with arrivals and departures, anticipating and fulfilling customer needs, and coordinating travel arrangements. The role also involves handling reservations, promoting additional services, maintaining facilities, and ensuring safety and quality standards. The agent will report any service failures or customer complaints to the FBO supervisor or team leader for resolution. To qualify for this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in aviation or hospitality, with a strong understanding of high-end customer service. Fluency in English and French is essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating outstanding guest experiences. A valid driver's license and comfort working irregular hours are also required. Nice-to-have skills include the ability to work well independently and remain calm under pressure.
