The Operations Associate ensures smooth, accurate logistics by handling seafreight shipments from pick‑up to delivery, processing customer inquiries, and maintaining clear communication with customers, shipping lines, authorities, branches and partners worldwide. Daily tasks also include keeping files according to internal guidelines, preparing and checking transport documents, monitoring on‑time deliveries, managing claims and damages, and supporting process optimisation to drive operational excellence. We are looking for candidates who have completed vocational training in Freight Forwarding and Logistics and have practical experience in seafreight. You should be fluent in spoken and written English, confident with MS Office (especially Excel), and possess an outgoing, communicative freight‑forwarding personality. A customer‑oriented mindset, a strong sense of quality, and the ability to work well within a team while communicating clearly are essential.
