Dir., Clinical Data Transparency, EHDS

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is looking for a Director to steer its European Health Data Space (EHDS) programme within the Clinical Data Transparency unit. The company develops medicines and medical technologies that aim to prevent, treat and cure complex diseases, leveraging data‑driven insights to bring breakthroughs from the laboratory to patients worldwide. In this senior role you will shape the EHDS strategy, governance framework and delivery roadmap, turning changing regulatory demands into lasting business capabilities. You will own the integrated programme plan, set milestones, monitor outcomes and define success metrics across areas such as regulation monitoring, operating‑model design, technology enablement, data inventory and change management. Day‑to‑day you will coordinate a matrix of stakeholders from Global Development, Legal, Privacy, Regulatory Affairs, Technology, MedTech and other functions. Your tasks include directing work‑stream execution, establishing clear accountability, managing risks, dependencies and resource allocations, and providing senior leaders with transparent updates on progress, issues and decisions. You will also guide the EHDS Implementation Lead, advise governance bodies, and oversee the transition of new capabilities into routine operations. The position is offered in several locations, Beerse (Belgium), Leiden (Netherlands), High Wycombe/Maidenhead (UK), Allschwil (Switzerland) or Spring House/Titusville/Raritan (USA), and follows a hybrid model with three days on‑site each week.
