Julius Baer, the leading Swiss wealth‑management group, is launching its 18‑month Graduate Programme for the spring of 2027. The position is a University Graduate role in Business Management for the Western Markets and Switzerland region, placed within the Chief of Staff / Business Management team that backs private‑banking front‑office units across Latin America, Iberia, Monaco, Europe International and Luxembourg. During the programme you will join the Market‑Area Business Management teams and act as a Business Manager for the front‑office. You will keep the regular management rhythm on track, collaborate on ad‑hoc projects with local heads, compliance officers and internal partners such as Risk Management, Finance and Compliance, and help drive the financial results of each market area against its plan. Tasks also include preparing strategy documents, Town‑Hall and Management‑Committee presentations, understanding legal‑entity financials, coordinating risk‑management topics, meeting deadlines, supporting market‑area heads with operational matters and contributing to internal communications and newsletters. The role is open to candidates who have completed a master's degree at a university or university of applied sciences within the past year. A short stint in banking or the broader financial sector, for example a summer internship, is expected. Applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in wealth management, a global outlook, strong interpersonal abilities and a keen desire to learn. Fluency in English is mandatory and candidates must be legally permitted to work in the country of application. A plus is any proficiency in Spanish, which would support the multi‑regional nature of the team.
