Intern - Packaging Innovation

La Prairie, a premium skincare brand within the Beiersdorf Group, is looking for an intern to join its packaging innovation team and assist with ongoing development projects. The daily work will involve arranging technical schematics and three‑dimensional mock‑ups, preparing packaging structures for release, and carrying out performance tests while recording the outcomes. You will also be tasked with choosing suitable materials, helping coordinate sample creation and filling trials, and designing secondary packaging for new products. Collaboration with internal units and external manufacturers is required, as is entering relevant data into the SAP platform and contributing ideas through design and feasibility studies. Candidates should be studying or have recently graduated in packaging technology, process technology or a comparable discipline, and ideally possess some initial exposure to the packaging sector. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, strong analytical and communication abilities, and a structured, proactive mindset are essential. The role demands independence and accountability for assigned tasks, fluency in written and spoken English, and preferably German language skills. The internship begins in August 2026 and lasts six months, offering a flexible schedule that allows remote work up to two days per week. Benefits include a health‑insurance contribution, 20 vacation days plus an extra 8.5 days for headquarters staff, product discounts, access to the SkillCare development program and LinkedIn Learning, as well as possibilities for internal or international mobility within the group. La Prairie emphasizes a diverse, inclusive environment and encourages applicants from all backgrounds.
