Otis is seeking an experienced Analista de FP&A Pleno to support their finance team in São Bernardo do Campo. The role involves preparing monthly forecasts, variance analyses, and management reports, as well as collaborating with business units to drive data-based decision-making. The role requires a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and proficiency in Excel and Power BI. Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, fluency in Portuguese and English, and the ability to work in a dynamic, global setting.
