Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist - German Market in Barcelona

Join a leading global business services enterprise in Barcelona as a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist for the German market. You will act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, guiding onboarding, consulting on performance PPC campaigns and encouraging product adoption to boost ad spend and ROI. The full‑time (39 h/week) hybrid role is based in a modern seafront office, with relocation flight, one‑month private studio accommodation, private health insurance and referral bonuses. Your daily work includes designing and launching high‑performing Google Ads campaigns for new German‑language advertisers, managing a high‑volume portfolio through Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and driving revenue growth via consultative outbound sales, upselling and continuous optimisation of spend. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales KPIs, activity targets and churn‑reduction goals while operating in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires C2‑level German and fluent C1 English, at least two years of B2B sales, account‑management or PPC/Google Ads experience, and a BA/BS degree (Marketing/Communications preferred). You must understand German business etiquette, the local digital‑marketing ecosystem and GDPR compliance, and be comfortable integrating AI tools for outreach, performing detailed analysis and negotiating complex ROI scenarios. Structured coaching and continuous certifications are provided, with a start date of 5 October.
