The Governance Manager role involves supporting the effective operation of Boards and Committees within a leading international organization in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. The company focuses on governance processes, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliant and efficient decision-making. The main responsibilities include coordinating the full lifecycle of Board and Committee meetings, from planning to distribution of materials. This involves preparing, reviewing, and finalizing governance documents, presentations, minutes, resolutions, and official correspondence. The role also includes maintaining governance records, ensuring proper version control and audit readiness, and acting as a key point of contact for various stakeholders. Additionally, the Governance Manager facilitates communication across governance bodies and internal teams, supports governance-related procurement, and contributes to governance improvement initiatives. To excel in this role, candidates must have experience supporting Boards and Committees in an international environment. Strong drafting and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The role requires sound judgment, the ability to coordinate multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. The role is based in Geneva, offering a dynamic, multicultural, and mission-driven work environment. The position is a fixed-term assignment through December 2026.
