Entertainment Crew Member

The position of Entertainment Crew Member places you on a seasonal team that runs the holiday entertainment program for a resort hotel in Greece. You will relocate for the summer, with housing and meals already arranged, and you will represent the hotel while delivering a lively guest experience in a sun‑filled, seaside setting. Your daily routine involves leading a variety of guest activities such as games, light sports, poolside fun and other interactive moments. You will engage with visitors from many countries, help shape the overall atmosphere, and assist with evening shows, themed events and other program elements. The work is high‑energy, social and occasionally chaotic, but it is organized and carried out together with an international crew. The role requires confidence when speaking to people, a basic level of English, a willingness to move abroad, an EU passport, and a reliable, energetic attitude. No prior professional entertainment background is necessary; the key is the ability to interact positively with guests and teammates. Living close to the hotel, you will work full‑time, typically five to six days a week, while meals are provided on site. Free time is spent by the sea, with colleagues, or exploring the Greek surroundings. The arrangement covers most living expenses, allowing you to earn money and save, and the experience promises international work exposure, improved communication skills and a network of contacts across Europe.
