SALES ASSOCIATE (M/W) – English & French - Fixed-term contract Until 31 March 2027

Additionally, the Sales Associate will actively participate in daily operations such as visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory. To qualify, candidates must have at least two years of experience in retail or customer-facing sales, preferably in fashion, premium retail, or luxury environments. A genuine sales mindset, energy, initiative, and the ability to create a positive atmosphere on the sales floor are essential. Reliability, team spirit, and a hands-on attitude are also required. Proficiency in both French and English is mandatory. Nice-to-have skills include previous experience in premium or luxury retail, knowledge of German or any additional language, and experience with clienteling, CRM, or retail KPIs. An interest in fashion, ski, mountain lifestyle, or technical apparel is also beneficial.
