The role involves connecting sales, customer understanding, and project implementation. The main responsibilities include developing customer projects in IIoT, SaaS, and data-driven solutions, from the initial idea to successful implementation. The goal is to build sustainable customer relationships and achieve measurable revenue contributions. Key tasks include managing customer relationships, identifying and realizing new sales and project opportunities, and coordinating offers and commercial themes. Additionally, the role involves leading customer projects throughout their lifecycle, coordinating between customers, development, product management, and operations, and ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field (MINT). Experience in Industrial IoT, telematics, sensor technology, SaaS, or project management with a strong customer focus is essential. Understanding of data analysis and visualization, with Tableau being an advantage, is also required. Ideally, the candidate should have industry knowledge in rail logistics, chemistry, and intermodal transport. Nice-to-have skills include strong communication and presentation skills, a confident demeanor with customers, developers, and decision-makers, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on approach.
