Real Estate Agent

The position is for a Real Estate Agent with a Dubai‑based agency that connects buyers, sellers and renters to property opportunities. The firm supplies all leads, marketing tools, a customer‑relationship system and the required RERA licence, while the agent contributes drive and working hours. Compensation is purely commission‑based, ranging from 50 % to 70 % of the agency fee and paid each day, with no salary ceiling. On a daily basis you will guide clients through the entire transaction cycle: locating suitable properties, arranging and conducting viewings across the city, negotiating terms and finalising sales or rentals. You will also develop and maintain a personal pipeline of buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords, and continue to support clients after the deal closes. The role demands that you can move to Dubai within one to three months, or already be based there, and that you have roughly six months of personal savings to cover living costs while you build your client base. A valid driving licence is essential because viewings are spread throughout the emirate. The employer looks for strong ambition, self‑discipline and clear communication abilities. No previous experience in real estate is required, as a two‑week broker academy and ongoing coaching will bring you up to speed.
