Global Supply Planner

The position of Global Supply Planner involves joining a company that designs and manufactures CSL‑related products, where the focus is on synchronising worldwide demand and supply streams. The role sits within the broader planning team and contributes to aligning production capacity with market needs. Day‑to‑day duties include generating operational forecasts that match sales projections and maintaining demand and supply plans within a digital planning tool. The incumbent will analyse mismatches between what is needed and what is available, collaborating with commercial planners to decide how products are distributed across regions. Ongoing oversight of work‑in‑process and finished‑goods stocks throughout the supply network is required, with the aim of balancing inventory levels and service performance. The planner also coordinates supply arrangements for introductions of new items and the retirement of existing ones, working alongside commercial development, regional demand planners and site planners, while tracking key metrics that reflect planning and execution effectiveness. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s qualification in business, supply‑chain management or a technical discipline linked to CSL offerings, and bring more than seven years of experience in both supply and demand planning. Preferred credentials include APICS certification and the Certified Planning Management designation. Proficiency with sophisticated supply‑chain software, particularly SAP, is essential. Local legal or educational variations may apply. Additional advantages comprise familiarity with advanced planning systems and a track record of improving inventory turnover and service levels. The role offers the chance to influence global product flow and to work within a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
