E-Store Assistant (m/w/d) Le Labo in Zürich (80%)

The Estée Lauder Companies, a worldwide leader in prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance and haircare, is seeking an E‑Store Assistant for its Le Labo boutique in Zurich. The role supports the Swiss e‑commerce business from the Zurich store and reports to the Online E‑Commerce Manager in Paris within a matrix structure. Daily duties involve overseeing inventory, receiving goods and confirming quantities while keeping stock levels adequate. You will organise the stockroom, maintain a clean and safe environment, and handle order processing on the e‑commerce platform. Picking, preparing and packing shipments must follow Le Labo's packaging standards, and you will manage dispatches to ensure timely delivery. Collaboration with the Concierge team on bespoke requests and escalation of IT tickets are also part of the routine. The position requires strong organisational abilities, the capacity to multitask and excellent time‑management skills. Candidates must be able to work autonomously and demonstrate a passion for Le Labo products and high‑quality customer service. Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
