Hematology Expert - Remote

The role is for a Clinician specializing in Oncology and Hematology, working as a contractor. The company is developing advanced AI systems for healthcare. The clinician will use their medical expertise to enhance these systems by evaluating clinical content and reviewing trial data. The main tasks involve creating and reviewing clinical evaluation tasks that require deep knowledge of oncology and hematology. This includes analyzing various clinical and regulatory documents to ensure medical accuracy. The clinician will assess the relevance of efficacy and safety conclusions, evaluate dose strategies, and review adverse event grading. They will also provide clear, structured explanations of clinical findings and support the training of AI models with high-quality evaluations and feedback. To qualify, candidates must have expertise in clinical oncology and hematology, as well as experience in clinical trial evaluation. Familiarity with specific criteria such as CTCAE Grading, RECIST, and various other clinical response criteria is essential. Knowledge of outcome endpoint analysis and dose escalation assessment is also required. Nice-to-have skills include experience with clinical trials in roles such as investigator or medical monitor. Strong written communication skills to explain complex clinical concepts clearly are preferred. Experience with AI-assisted clinical review tools is an advantage.
