Otis is seeking a Técnico(a) de Processos Jr. to support the daily monitoring and optimization of manufacturing workflows at their São Bernardo do Campo plant. The role involves collecting and analyzing production data, and assisting in the implementation of continuous-improvement projects. The main responsibilities include using process analysis tools like Lean, Six Sigma, and SPC, and handling data with software like Excel. Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication in both Portuguese and English are crucial. The role requires working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a technical degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering, and 1–2 years of experience with process analysis tools. Proficiency in Excel or similar data-handling software is also required.
