The role is a Corporate Sustainability Intern position at Franke, a company known for its international presence and focus on sustainability. The intern will also assist in preparing sustainability reports, presentations, and disclosures for both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes preparing submissions for ESG ratings, assessments, and sustainability initiatives, as well as conducting research on sustainability topics and industry best practices. To qualify for this role, candidates must be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in environmental data and corporate sustainability are essential. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to handle quantitative datasets are also required. Fluency in English is a must, with German being an asset. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with topics such as the GHG Protocol, life cycle assessment (LCA), or carbon footprinting. The location in Aarburg offers easy access from the railway station and highway, with free parking available. The team environment is international, and the role encourages independent work with flexible working hours and the option for home office. The position also includes at least 5 weeks of holiday and free coffee drinks.
