Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent For Imperial - Work from Home In Greece

Imperial is seeking a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Agent to join its international support team, operating remotely from Greece. The position involves representing the company in direct contact with customers, handling inquiries that arrive by telephone, email and live online chat. On a daily basis the agent will respond to client questions, provide information and resolve issues through the three communication channels mentioned. The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week, and requires close collaboration with colleagues from across Europe and beyond. Candidates must demonstrate native‑level proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a strong command of English, both written and spoken. Applicants need to list their native language and nationality on their CV or cover letter, hold a valid EU passport, and either already reside in Greece or be prepared to relocate, with a relocation package available for those moving from abroad.
