Senior Product Manager, Enterprise

Blockstream, a leading Bitcoin‑infrastructure firm founded in 2014, offers the Blockstream Enterprise suite that lets banks, prime brokers and corporations custody Bitcoin, handle tokenisation and manage treasury functions. The company is adding a Senior Product Manager to steer the growth and adoption of this solution across the EMEA region. In this role you will spend most of your time shaping the product roadmap, translating vision into concrete milestones and keeping the narrative clear for all stakeholders. You will work closely with engineers to understand technical trade‑offs, guide project execution, remove obstacles and report progress. A significant portion of the job involves continuous discovery: researching market trends, running customer workshops, documenting insights and turning data‑driven signals into product requirements that align with business goals. The position requires at least seven years of product management experience in a regulated setting, a solid grasp of blockchain and crypto‑custody practices, and the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly. Candidates must live in Lugano, Switzerland and be fluent in written and spoken English. Preferred backgrounds include prior work on Bitcoin‑related or other enterprise crypto products, deep familiarity with traditional finance services, knowledge of the Liquid network, and proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian.
