Sales Advisor

The Sales Advisor's main tasks include welcoming and guiding clients, offering tailored recommendations, and sharing insights about CHANEL's heritage and craftsmanship. They will also handle client transactions, after-sales service, stock management, and maintain the boutique's appearance. The role requires a proactive approach to achieving sales goals and contributing to the boutique's commercial success. To qualify, candidates must have at least three years of sales experience, preferably in Fine Watchmaking or Jewelry. Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellence are essential. Fluency in German and English is required, with additional languages being a plus. Nice-to-have skills include a passion for the refined world of Fine Watchmaking and Jewelry, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.
