OFFICE ASSISTANT

Nodral, a worldwide retailer that serves wholesale buyers with products ranging from coal and mineral fertilisers to cereals, fuels and gas, is looking for an Office Assistant to join its team in Zug. The role begins as soon as possible and is based at the company’s office in the city centre. The daily routine involves maintaining stock of office consumables, food items and promotional material, overseeing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, and ensuring the workspace remains tidy and presentable. Collaboration with the office manager is required to organise and monitor the flow of paperwork, while additional tasks may be delegated by senior staff as needed. Candidates must be able to communicate in English at a B2 level, both orally and in writing, and possess strong interpersonal skills for building internal relationships. The job calls for resilience under tight deadlines, a calm attitude to stress, meticulousness and regularity, as well as solid proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Availability to work a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., is essential, and the position is open to students.
