The Chief of Staff for the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) works directly with the Executive Vice President, acting as a pivotal extension of senior leadership to align strategy, governance and execution across this complex global function. Each day the role shapes the strategic agenda, turning intricate operational issues into concise narratives for executive and board forums. It designs and runs ISC governance rhythms, ensuring meetings stay decision‑focused and that actions are tracked to completion. The incumbent monitors performance across safety, quality, service, cost, cash and people, flags risks early and drives rapid resolution. Coordination spans business units, centers of excellence and other functions, supporting a shift toward a BU‑centric operating model and facilitating cross‑functional problem solving. The position also steers transformation initiatives such as digital supply‑chain adoption, planning maturity, supplier development and talent growth, while strengthening leadership‑team effectiveness and ensuring clear communication of priorities and results. The candidate must bring ten to fifteen years of experience in supply‑chain, operations, strategy or consulting, preferably within a global matrix environment, and a proven record of partnering with senior leaders on complex, cross‑functional projects. Required capabilities include end‑to‑end supply‑chain thinking, the ability to link strategy with business outcomes, executive‑level storytelling, strong influence across units, rigorous governance, and a results‑driven, collaborative leadership style. The role is based in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, with relocation assistance offered for the right individual.
