Trainee Meetings Management (m/f/d)

The Trainee Meetings Management position is a full‑time, 12‑month programme based in the Zürich area, beginning in January 2027, within a stable global company that specialises in organising meetings and conferences for international clients. During the year you will be immersed in the meetings management department, learning how to design, plan and deliver bespoke event experiences. You will work alongside a project team, translating custom ideas into concrete concepts, handling the full customer journey and acquiring the practical know‑how needed to run memorable meetings and conferences. The role is aimed at recent graduates or apprentices from tourism, hospitality or event‑management studies. Candidates must command both German and English fluently in speech and writing, be comfortable with the MS Office suite and possess a tech‑savvy mindset.
