Project Manager - Wireless SoC Development (semiconductor)

The position is a Project Manager for wireless System‑on‑Chip development at a semiconductor fab located in Neuchâtel. The company creates ultra‑low‑power wireless chips aimed at the Internet of Things, medical devices, automotive systems and industrial equipment. In this role you will steer the complete lifecycle of new wireless SoC projects, shaping schedules, budgets and resource plans while identifying and mitigating risks. You will bring together hardware, RF, analog, digital, firmware, validation and product teams, ensuring that design milestones are achieved on time, within cost targets and to the required quality. Collaboration extends to manufacturing partners, external IP suppliers and the foundry, and you will keep the programme aligned with standards for RF certification, cybersecurity, functional safety and other regulated domains, reporting status and metrics to senior leadership. The ideal candidate holds a degree in electrical, computer or a related engineering
