The position of Swiss Representative Fund Officer, Banking Operations Processing is based in Zürich and belongs to Société Générale Switzerland. The bank acts as the Swiss Representative and Paying Agent for a range of foreign funds (both ETF and non‑ETF) that are distributed in the Swiss market. In this role you will support the regulatory team to keep all funds that are registered, listed and sold in Switzerland fully compliant with the Swiss Funds and Asset Management Association (SFAMA) rules. Your daily tasks include preparing and submitting applications to the authorities, handling listing requests and mandatory publications, managing fund documentation changes such as registrations, mergers or liquidations, and coordinating the required documents. You will also verify that marketing material meets Swiss standards, monitor legal‑document publication deadlines, ensure timely communication with clients and counterparties, and perform general administrative duties. The employer expects candidates to have two to four years of relevant experience, preferably in asset‑management, financial institutions, law or consultancy environments. Fluency at C1 level in both English and German is required, together with solid knowledge of Swiss fund regulatory compliance. The role demands a strong sense of accountability and ownership, the ability to work independently, excellent organisational skills and a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines reliably.
