At Hitachi in Mannheim, you will oversee the daily operations of energy infrastructure construction projects. This involves managing teams from various disciplines, keeping projects on schedule and within budget, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety and environmental regulations. You will be the point person for ensuring that all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently. Your main tasks will include coordinating team efforts, managing project timelines and financial resources, and ensuring that all work meets the required quality benchmarks. You will also be responsible for making sure that all activities comply with relevant safety and environmental guidelines. To excel in this role, you need at least five years of experience in construction management, ideally within the energy sector. Strong technical expertise in power generation and transmission systems is essential, as is proficiency with project management tools and German construction regulations. Fluency in both German and English is required.
