Junior Application & Integration Specialist

Evooq, a global provider of technology‑driven wealth‑management solutions, is expanding its Lausanne headquarters and seeks a Junior Application & Integration Specialist. The company’s platform unites data, technology and investment expertise, enabling finance professionals to spot opportunities, make decisions and manage investment lifecycles across advisory, discretionary and banking lines. In this role you will spend most of your time (about 70‑80 %) on application management: you will help clients set up the required infrastructure, configure releases, guide them through deployments and upgrades, and adjust the application to match their specifications. You will also analyse error logs, suggest corrective actions and, when needed, coordinate with Evooq’s product development teams. The remaining 20‑30 % involves project‑management tasks such as planning version upgrades, monitoring progress, handling risks and issues, and keeping all parties informed. The position requires solid knowledge of system design, implementation and user‑support practices, familiarity with SQL databases, Docker concepts, network communications (HTTP, SSL, curl/wget) and the Linux environment, including scripting. You should have demonstrable troubleshooting experience, be highly motivated, self‑sufficient and possess strong customer‑service, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Experience with banking software such as Temenos or Avaloq, and an understanding of financial products and wealth‑management processes, are considered advantageous. Additional DevOps skills—particularly with Kubernetes or OpenShift—along with a background in Agile or Waterfall IT projects, knowledge of SDLC or ITIL, and strong documentation and stakeholder‑management capabilities, are viewed as nice‑to‑have.
