Group Finance Manager (M/F)

The Group Finance Manager will join a rapidly expanding international group that now comprises roughly ten legal entities and is moving into a new phase of growth. This newly created senior finance role sits between the chief financial officer and the accounting teams, offering the chance to shape and professionalise the finance function in a highly entrepreneurial setting. Day‑to‑day duties involve designing and refining month‑end and year‑end closing routines, establishing a quarterly consolidation and management‑reporting cadence, and delivering accurate financial data for executive use. The manager will lead accounting staff based in Geneva and other subsidiaries, ensure statutory statements meet local rules, harmonise processes across entities, and act as the main liaison for external auditors. Additional responsibilities cover tax compliance—including VAT, corporate tax and transfer‑pricing—overseeing multi‑currency treasury activities, improving cash forecasts, and driving finance‑system upgrades and automation. Over the medium term, the role will also build the foundations of FP&A and controlling, partnering with operational leaders to provide analytical insight for strategic decisions. Candidates must hold a university degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related discipline, and a professional credential such as CPA, ACCA, Swiss CPA or Chartered Accountant is highly valued. At least eight years of progressive finance and accounting experience in an international, multi‑entity environment are required, together with a proven track record in reporting, consolidation, audit coordination and tax matters.
