Culinary Services Team Member

The role is a Culinary Service Team Member for a leading workplace hospitality provider. The company operates in multiple countries, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Czech Republic, the UK, Brussels, and Zurich. They specialise in creating vibrant micro kitchens that serve as hospitality hubs, designed to inspire and connect employees through curated food and beverage experiences. The main day-to-day responsibilities include creating and maintaining inviting micro kitchen spaces, ensuring the freshness and visual appeal of all products, and upholding the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. The role also involves bringing energy to seasonal activations, tastings, and pop-up events, as well as proactively identifying and reporting maintenance or operational needs. Building positive connections with employees through friendly and attentive service is also a key part of the job. The must-have requirements include a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team, and a sharp eye for detail and presentation. Reliability, self-motivation, and a supportive team player attitude are essential. Confident communication in English is required, with additional local language skills being a plus. Experience in service, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and grow is also acceptable. Nice-to-have skills include additional local language skills. The role is based in Zurich and offers part-time and summer temporary positions with daytime working hours.
