Multi Country Representative for MENA, based in Amman (Link For Internal Applicants only)

IMPACT Initiatives is a Geneva‑based humanitarian non‑governmental organization that helps shape aid and development programmes through rigorous data gathering, analysis and sharing. It acts as the implementing partner of the REACH initiative, a multi‑agency effort launched in 2010 to provide reliable information for better planning. The vacancy is for a Multi‑Country Representative (MCR) who will be based in Amman, Jordan, and will oversee the organization’s integrated missions across the Middle East and North Africa. In this role the MCR will supervise the Multi‑Country Office and the regional hub, directing the teams that run the integrated projects in Yemen, Lebanon and Libya. Daily duties include coordinating program activities, ensuring smooth administrative and operational support, and representing IMPACT to regional partners and donors. The representative will also spearhead fundraising initiatives for the region and cultivate new collaborations beyond the stand‑alone missions. The position is a full‑time, 24‑month contract starting as soon as possible, located in the Amman hub that was opened in 2025 to host both integrated and independent missions. IMPACT currently runs two independent missions (OPT and Syria) alongside the three integrated ones. Applicants must be internal candidates, as external submissions will be rejected automatically. The role offers the chance to shape regional humanitarian coordination from a newly established centre, working closely with the Regional Coordinator for MENA and Asia and a team of specialists in data, GIS and remote sensing.
