Proficiency in at least one major API/web development language and framework, such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Go, is required. Experience with end-to-end solution architectures and familiarity with various databases and development practices is also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with frontend, mobile, Salesforce, automated testing, CI/CD, and release readiness practices. Experience with agent-assisted development workflows and a strong understanding of how they impact team productivity and quality is advantageous. The role also benefits from experience in structured, Agile delivery environments and proficiency with issue-tracking tools like Jira. The ability to thrive in a complex, international organization with excellent English communication skills is crucial.
