Real Estate Agent

The position is a Real Estate Agent with McCone Properties, a family‑run agency operating in Dubai since 2013 and now employing more than two hundred staff. The firm specialises in residential sales, leasing and off‑plan projects, providing clients with assistance to purchase, rent or sell property across the emirate. With a network of over two hundred colleagues, the agency combines local market knowledge with international standards. Your daily work will involve prospecting and meeting potential buyers or tenants, building trust, presenting market options, arranging viewings throughout the city, negotiating terms and finalising transactions. All leads, marketing material, a dedicated CRM system and the required RERA licence are supplied by the company; you are responsible for converting those leads into closed deals and managing your own pipeline as if it were a personal business. You will also update client records in the AI‑powered CRM and coordinate with marketing to ensure property visibility. The role requires you to be prepared to move to Dubai within one to three months, or already be based there, and to have roughly six months of personal savings to support yourself while you develop your client base. A valid driving licence is essential for daily property tours. The employer looks for strong hunger and self‑discipline, treating the desk as an independent venture. The position is commission‑only, meaning earnings depend entirely on closed transactions. Prior real‑estate experience is not mandatory, as training starts from scratch. McCone offers an uncapped commission model of 50‑70 % of the agency fee, paid daily, together with leads from the top Property Finder generator, a two‑week broker academy led by a UK‑certified trainer, AI‑driven CRM tools and ongoing coaching. The company also funds the RERA licence, provides a work visa, private health insurance and assistance with setting up in Dubai. The office is located in The Greens, and the culture features quarterly events, regular incentives and managers present on the floor.
