Global DT Lead Development

The Global DT Lead Development role at argenx is pivotal in driving the company's mission to transform immunology and deliver innovative medicines for autoimmune patients. This role will lead the technology vision and roadmap, ensuring that digital solutions meet regulatory requirements and enhance data-driven decision-making. The main day-to-day responsibilities include defining and executing the technology vision and roadmap for Development, acting as a strategic interface between Digital Technology (DT) and Development leadership, and governing the portfolio of Development technology initiatives. The role involves leading the delivery of a coherent digital ecosystem, advising on Development technologies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the position requires fostering cross-functional collaboration, managing complex programs, and building a high-performing global team. To excel in this role, candidates must have a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 10+ years of experience in Digital Technology or IT within a biopharmaceutical or life sciences environment. Strong experience in clinical development processes and related platforms is essential. Proven leadership in large-scale technology portfolios and transformation programs, as well as the ability to work with senior stakeholders, are also required. Nice-to-have skills include a strong focus on outcomes, value realization, and continuous improvement. The role demands excellent communication and influencing skills in a multi-cultural environment, as well as the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-moving business setting.
