In practice, agents spend their days prospecting for clients, building trust, presenting market options and finalising transactions. The role is hands‑on: you will conduct viewings across Dubai, use the company's AI‑driven CRM to manage contacts, and close deals that generate a 50‑70 % commission paid daily. Training begins immediately with a two‑week broker academy led by a UK‑certified trainer, after which you start working on company leads. The position requires a willingness to move to Dubai within one to three months (or already being based there), a financial runway of roughly six months' savings to cover living costs while you develop your pipeline, and a valid driving licence for daily city‑wide viewings. Candidates must also bring the hunger and self‑discipline to treat the desk as their own business and be available for full‑time, on‑site work. No prior property experience is needed because the academy trains from scratch.
