Intercompany Project Manager (50 - 100%)

The Intercompany Project Manager role, offered on a 50‑100 % basis, sits at the hub of Eurofins’ internal service provision, coordinating analytical work that spans the company’s many laboratories. In this position you will oversee customer projects that rely on subcontracted analytical services within the Eurofins Group, arranging project plans and deliverables together with partner labs. Tasks include assisting in quotation preparation, promoting additional analytical services to current and prospective clients, configuring and mapping projects in the eLIMS platform, and guaranteeing that analytical work is performed correctly, on schedule and in line with GMP standards. You will also sign off on results and reports, provide scientific support for ongoing assignments, help win new business, ensure billing matches agreed terms, and contribute to the optimisation and evolution of the GMP laboratory site. The role requires a completed Bachelor or Master degree in a life‑science discipline such as Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry or Biotechnology, and at least two years of experience in a regulated setting (ISO 17025, GLP, preferably GMP). Candidates must demonstrate a strong customer focus, solid IT and Office skills, and an ability to work with LIMS systems. Good spoken and written German and English are essential, while French knowledge is advantageous. The ideal applicant is a reliable, responsible team player with effective communication abilities and, ideally, prior project‑management exposure. Additional assets include familiarity with LIMS tools, project‑management experience, and French language skills.
