Founding Marketer

As the Founding Marketer you will create an AI‑driven marketing operation aimed at pushing the company’s annual recurring revenue beyond €10 million. The business is a fast‑growing venture that relies on a diverse group of builders and works closely with its founders to shape growth. Your daily work will involve shaping and fine‑tuning the entire growth engine, from the website and conversion funnels to tracking, lead quality, CRM hand‑off, referrals, reviews and lifecycle campaigns. You will also define the brand’s market position, generate proprietary insights, craft customer stories and forge partnerships, while overseeing the user experience and brand presentation across the site, booking flows, landing pages and promotional efforts. Producing content and creative assets for case studies, sales collateral and social channels, as well as constructing a repeatable marketing system built on templates, messaging frameworks, automation and external experts, will be central to the role. The position requires that you have served as the primary or secondary marketing hire at a direct‑to‑consumer startup, ideally one with a platform or marketplace model. You must have a demonstrable record of deploying AI‑powered workflows in a live environment, strong abilities in content creation for positioning, landing pages and social media, and a keen sense for demand generation across inbound, outbound, events and conversion activities. Comfort with ambiguous, zero‑to‑one projects is essential. You will join a highly varied team of creators and collaborate directly with the founders, including a personal introduction to CEO Max and an in‑depth session with the co‑founding team. The role also values expertise in digital and content marketing, Google Analytics, social media, email, online marketing, AI and UX, and offers the chance to shape a scalable system from the ground up.
