Application Support Specialist - Front Office

As an intern in the IT Operations department, you will act as an Application Support Specialist for Front‑Office wealth‑management tools. Your daily work will involve delivering functional assistance for these applications, diagnosing and fixing issues raised by internal teams and external partners, and keeping the systems highly available. You will also respond swiftly to queries from Front‑Office units and take part in quality‑control activities and the preparation of new application releases. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a comparable field, a strong interest in banking, solid analytical and teamwork abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for client interaction. You must demonstrate responsibility, be capable of working with little supervision, and be fluent in both French and English. Candidates need to reside in Switzerland or be prepared to relocate there.
