Operations Manager (60-80%)

Archlet is seeking an Operations Manager to support the founders and finance leadership in various areas including finance, operations, people, and admin. The company develops an AI-native sourcing platform that automates sourcing, enhances transparency, and accelerates team efficiency. The role is based in Zürich, with flexible working hours and a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week. The Operations Manager will handle a variety of tasks, including structuring priorities, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups. They will support internal communication, leadership updates, and investor coordination. The role involves owning the accounts payable process across three entities, supporting internal controlling, and managing the accounts receivable process. Additionally, the manager will help run the annual budget cycle, support the year-end financial audit, and plan team events. They will also assist with recruiting, people operations, and maintaining the office's day-to-day operations. To excel in this role, candidates must have firsthand experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, scale-up, or consulting. They should be diligent, structured, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI). The role requires clear, professional communication in both English and German, written and spoken. Candidates must be comfortable with shifting priorities and a degree of ambiguity, and be discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information. Nice-to-have skills include an analytical mindset with a genuine interest in process optimization, internal controls, and automation. A curiosity about how SaaS companies work and scale is also beneficial.
