A genuine interest in generative and agentic AI, automation and emerging technologies is required, as is a strong enthusiasm for capital markets and asset management. Additional perks include discounts on Swiss Life investment products, mortgage offers, partner deals, contributions to third‑pillar life insurance, a generous pension plan, meal allowances, public‑transport discounts and various flexible‑working models. Experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, VS Code, GitHub, Azure AI services, or familiarity with Bloomberg and LSEG Workspace is considered advantageous, as is basic knowledge of investment concepts and German language skills.
