The company is expanding its international commercialisation of partner Smoke‑Free Product (SFP) platforms and is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships in Lausanne. In this senior role you will be the primary liaison between PMI and the Business Partner, shaping how the two organisations collaborate on SFP product portfolios. You will own the partnership's day‑to‑day flow, acting as the go‑to contact for portfolio, project and contract matters. You will help define the SFP innovation strategy, set the roadmap and oversee new‑product launches through every stage, from planning to performance monitoring. Your work will also involve aligning internal and partner stakeholders, steering joint workstreams, and keeping senior leaders and cross‑functional teams informed. Regular reporting on partnership metrics and meeting contractual obligations will be part of your remit. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Innovation. You must have a proven record of cross‑region collaboration, negotiation and influencing both inside and outside the organisation. Key competencies include critical thinking, deep consumer and market insight, strong research and data‑analysis abilities, problem‑solving, strategic vision and planning, solid category and portfolio knowledge, audience segmentation, product development experience and innovation‑management expertise. Executive‑level presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, are also essential. Based in Lausanne, you will join a fast‑moving, dynamic team that values curiosity and bold thinking.
