The 2027 Graduate Talent Program invites newly graduated students to join this environment as full‑stack software engineers, DevOps or site‑reliability graduates, contributing to the evolution of AI‑driven development and modern payment platforms. During the 18‑month rotation, participants will design, code and deploy technical solutions that support the UBS Payment Platform used across Switzerland, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia‑Pacific. Work will involve creating new payment functionalities, assisting the shift toward AI‑native development, and exploring integration with distributed‑ledger technology such as blockchain. Daily tasks include writing object‑oriented code, handling NoSQL data stores, and working with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes. The programme targets individuals who have finished a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics discipline, within the past two years and possess no more than two years of full‑time professional experience. Candidates must demonstrate a GPA of at least 4.5 on the Swiss scale, possess basic Java or comparable OOP skills, and understand NoSQL databases and containerisation concepts. The role also calls for a collaborative mindset, strong communication, strategic thinking, and a willingness to apply responsible AI experimentation to improve efficiency.
