Senior Branch Manager (m/f/d) Basel Airport 100%

As a Senior Branch Manager at SIX T, you will head the Basel Airport location for a global mobility leader that operates a platform of car‑rental, car‑sharing, ride‑hailing and subscription services. SIX T serves millions of customers through a fleet of 350 000 vehicles and works with thousands of partners in more than 110 countries. In this role you will be the primary driver of the station’s performance, ensuring that every guest experiences the premium service the brand promises. Your daily work will revolve around overseeing the entire branch operation. You will manage the vehicle inventory, coordinate re‑orders and handle invoice processing while keeping costs within budget. Leading a team of front‑line staff, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching and motivating employees to meet high‑quality standards. You will monitor key performance indicators, analyse results and implement actions that boost revenue and meet station targets. In addition, you will address customer complaints with a calm, solution‑focused attitude and maintain smooth, efficient processes throughout the site. The position requires a solid commercial or business‑administration background, complemented by proven leadership experience in sales‑oriented roles such as Store Manager, Site Manager, Sales Manager or Location Manager. Fluency in German and English, or French and English, is essential, as is a valid driver’s licence. You must demonstrate a strong sales mindset, enjoy direct customer interaction and possess the organisational skills needed to lead and inspire a team effectively. While not mandatory, experience in service‑industry environments similar to SIX T’s offerings is valued, as is a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles. Candidates already managing branches and willing to relocate to an airport setting are especially welcome.
