The Senior Manager, New Country Entries & Corporate Development role at Restaurant Brands International (RBI) involves driving the expansion of Burger King and Popeyes brands across the EMEA region. Additionally, the role involves preparing recommendations, investment papers, and executive presentations for senior leadership, and continuously improving RBI's approach to market assessment and new-country development. To excel in this role, candidates must have 5-9 years of experience in strategy, consulting, private equity, or related fields, with a strong preference for experience in the consumer, retail, or foodservice industries. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics is required, with an MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications being a plus. Strong analytical and commercial judgment, project leadership, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is also required, along with fluency in English. Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is a plus. Nice-to-have skills include experience with master franchising or franchising business models, and international corporate development. The role is based in Zug, Switzerland, with a five-day, in-office working model and international travel across EMEA as required. The position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and external stakeholders, providing a highly entrepreneurial and commercial environment.
