Manager, Procurement CCPM & CE

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in health‑care innovation, is hiring a Manager, Procurement CCPM & CE for its Schaffhausen, Switzerland site. The position oversees procurement for capital construction, project management and capital‑equipment spending, acting as a strategic partner to internal engineering and facilities teams. The day‑to‑day work includes shaping and executing category strategies for construction and equipment spend, managing medium‑ to high‑complexity budgets, and driving cost, schedule and risk improvements. The manager leads supplier selection, negotiates contracts, monitors performance and pushes for quality, safety, sustainability and innovation. They also support the rollout of global procurement programmes, collaborate with cross‑functional leaders, and champion continuous‑improvement initiatives such as benchmarking, automation and AI‑enabled processes while ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply‑chain, science or a related discipline, and at least five years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category management or supply‑chain functions. Experience in capital‑project environments, construction, engineering, facility services or highly regulated manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory. An MBA or comparable master's qualification is considered advantageous, as is prior work with architectural‑engineering, construction‑management or commissioning‑qualification suppliers.
