To excel in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 8 to 10 years of experience in financial business partnering, with a focus on value creation and process improvement, is essential. Proficiency in Financial Planning and Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting is required. Strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Alteryx are also necessary, along with a good understanding of CapEx and Inventory processes. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and frameworks is a must, including the ability to generate effective prompts to improve efficiency and decision-making. Nice-to-have skills include a Master's degree or equivalent experience, as well as proven critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail. The role may require up to 10% domestic and international travel. The position is based in either Cork, Ireland, or Zug, Switzerland, and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on driving financial and operational excellence.
