Mid Market Onboarding Coach

Cloudbeds builds a cloud‑based platform that powers hotels and other lodging properties in more than 150 countries, handling billions of bookings each year. As a Mid Market Onboarding Coach you will join a fully remote team that helps mid‑market customers adopt the system, acting as a trusted advisor who blends hospitality know‑how with technical insight to enable properties to run more efficiently and grow their business. In this role you will steer the entire onboarding journey for assigned mid‑market hotels, from initial setup and configuration through training, adoption and launch. You will work closely with onboarding project managers and a range of internal partners—sales, product, customer success and support—to ensure milestones are met, questions are answered, and any escalated issues are resolved across video, phone and email. Your day will involve designing operational workflows, delivering consultative coaching, and helping property leaders align the platform with their business objectives, while also feeding back insights to improve the overall onboarding process. The position requires solid experience working directly in hospitality operations and a consultative mindset that emphasizes relationship building and change management. You must be comfortable guiding customers through system configuration, workflow design and best‑practice adoption, and you should be adept at communicating strategic value and ROI. A willingness to leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks, a passion for “unreasonable hospitality,” and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams are considered strong assets.
